Telephone interviews normally last up to 30 minutes. They are usually scripted so the interviewer will have a set number of questions that they need to get through. In our experience the majority of telephone interviews are competencey based. However, you may get a more informal style telephone interview where the interviewer will get you to talk through your experience and education. Its probably best to call up ahead of time and ask what type of interview you will be experiencing - that way you can prepare. Good Luck, Gary
