Eat Healthily to Get the Job

Hello [NAME]

At the National Graduate Recruitment Fair at the Barbican this week a graduate told me a really good tip on how she prepares for interviews. Her view was that both the mind and body must be prepared - so a week prior to interview she eats healthily. No chocolate, no caffeine, no sugar, no alcohol. This makes her feel better - more healthy and robust.

The night prior to the interview she will have a long bath with music to help her relax - and then tries to get plenty of sleep. Giving your mind and body this special attention will make you feel energised and confident - try it and see if it makes a difference.
