resourcing matters was founded by Lindsay Hanson and Janet Cowell in June 2003. We specialise in designing and managing recruitment events on behalf of a wide range of employers from pharmaceutical companies to financial services.
Designing interviews, role plays, groups exercises and in-tray activities and conducting psychometric ability and personality testing. resourcing matters provides specialist assessment services and has worked extensively in the UK and with clients in Italy, France, Canada and China.
